Paulina Montano is an Associate at Lipton Strategies and works directly with nonprofit clients, strategic partners, and project team consultants. Prior to joining Lipton Strategies, Paulina served as a Junior Associate at Mercury Public Affairs. During her time at Mercury Public Affairs, she supported various clients in strategic media relations, government relations, public opinion research, and community outreach.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, she received her Bachelors in Sociology from the University of California, Merced. While attending college she was an active member of multiple student-led organizations where she found her passion for community driven work that creates sustainable social impact.
Outside of work, Paulina is a music enthusiast and enjoys staying physically active. As we continue to exit the pandemic she is excited to travel again, get back into the gym, expand volunteer opportunities, and savor new foods.
