Cordey Lash

Advisor, Strategic Philanthropy           

Cordey Lash is an innovative business development and brand strategist, renowned for his pioneering impact on the hospitality industry. Lash’s experience ranges from leading business units for global hospitality giants Wyndham Worldwide, Intercontinental Hotel Group & Hilton Worldwide to starting his own boutique consulting firm iQon Groupe.


As the innovator who led the Global Hotel community to market to diverse segments of society (LGBTQ) with a social and business purpose, he is still sought after today for his vision and relationships. His mix of business savvy, creativity and attention to detail have coupled with a wide-reaching network to create exclusive and unique opportunities for his clients. Known for forward leaning vision, relevant solutions, and high-level access.


Born in North Carolina and raised in Philadelphia, Lash is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Communications, minoring in Marketing and Sociology. Based in Dallas for twenty years, Lash’s career has taken him around the world to curate business development needs and brand strategies across diverse industries and markets. Lash initially achieved professional success by raising diversity awareness for his hotels and clients while simultaneously serving as advisor and board of director for multiple nonprofit organizations.


Katherine Sprissler-Klein

Consultant, Campaigns + Major Gifts

Katherine brings over 15 years of fundraising experience with expertise in individual major gifts, campaign strategy and corporate engagement. Throughout her career, Katherine has raised over $1M+ annually for a range of mission-driven organizations from the American Red Cross-National Headquarters to the Human Rights Campaign (HRC). She holds development expertise in the arts and cultural sector including fundraising efforts for the $525M campaign for the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Museum of the American Revolution.


Katherine believes in philanthropy as a true partnership of aligned values, mutual respect and personal yet purposeful fulfillment. Katherine resides in Philadelphia with her husband, David.


Julie Zeisler

Consultant, Institutional Funding

Julie Zeisler is a government advocacy and grants professional with nearly 20 years’ experience spanning the public, philanthropic, and nonprofit sectors. Julie has extensive experience in grant writing, fund development and advocacy services with an emphasis on obtaining government grants for mid to large nonprofit organizations across California. Since 2017, she has secured over $20 million in government and foundation grants for clients.


For nine years, Julie served as the Executive Director of the Jewish Public Affairs Committee (JPAC), the largest statewide association of Jewish organizations in the United States. JPAC has successfully lobbied for and secured over $50 million in the California State budget for a range of programs that positively impact Californians. Julie previously worked for then-Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, applying for and managing over $60 million in federal grants for the City of Los Angeles. Julie began her career at Koret Foundation in San Francisco, awarding grants in the areas of higher education, the arts, Israel, and the Jewish community. She received her master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California.
